Change Management Office PMO

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Be clear of the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
- Involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project masterplan to track progress and action logs
- Cross-functionally coordinate with internal / external to ensure the high quality and timely project delivery.
- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
- Track and analyze the project results, provide valuable insights of enhancements.
- Active participant in process improvements, providing recommendations and solutions with a continuous improvement mindset
Position Requirements : - Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years' project management experience in digital/tech related domains.
- Working experience in consulting firms with mastery of structured communication framework.
- Ability to deconstruct business challenges with advanced strategic thinking.
- Strong planning, multitasking, attention to details and project management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and start-up.
