Now it is the season when the sophora flowers are in full bloom. Do you eat sophora flowers? If you do, how do you eat them?
In our local place, we mix sophora flowers with flour and then steam it in a pot for around fifteen minutes. After that, we take it out and add some salt and seasonings. Finally, we pour the heated oil over it and mix well. We call it Huaihua Geda. It is very delicious.
