- Sound exp and deep knowledge of change, transformation, communication, education, and training.
- End to end exp in Change management in large & complex APAC project deliveries, ideally JDE, SAP or other major ERP projects.
- Understand the art of Change.
- Strong stakeholder management exp.
- A Proactive and Passionate individual, who is service/people and solutions driven and enjoys interacting with people.
- Fast learner; Design thinker; Abilities to think innovatively and come up with solutions.
- Capacities to digest and simplify complex processes or scenarios, and explain to audiences.
